Nancy Kiambi

Nancy Kiambi is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mount Kenya University and postgraduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law.

Nancy joined the Firm in May 2022 as a Pupil where she has since received extensive legal training in diverse areas related to Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery, environment and land cases and Conveyancing. Upon her admission to the Bar, she was retained by the firm as an associate in the Litigation and Conveyancing Departments. Her areas of practice and specialization extend to diverse matters.

She works closely with Developers and currently specializes in Sale and Purchase of off plan units, with special attention to ensuring that all stakeholders that is the Developers and the Purchasers, are aware of the ever- changing requirements provided for by both the Land Act 2012 and the Sectional Properties Act.

Nancy is an excellent well-rounded Advocate and an invaluable team member of the Firm.
