Grace Nyamolo

She is an experienced and ambitious lawyer with a proven track record of sound legal advice and guidance for every client’s unique need in relation to Real Estate. Her portfolio has provided her with unique and unmatched skills in legal advisory on all land-related transactions.

As Head of the Conveyancing Unit, Grace supervises a team of young advocates and continues to achieve successful execution of contractual assignments in favour of the firm’s clients. Grace especially works closely with developers, vendors and purchasers, and continues to ensure that all their transactions including off-plan and ready developments are in line with the dynamic land laws  with specific reference to the Sectional Properties Act and related regulations. She has also overseen the processing of sectional titles, setting up of owner’s corporations and due diligence for a vast number of developments through the recently set up, Ardhi Sasa Portal.

She currently sits on the board of the Africa Platform for Social Protection as the Legal Advisor. She is a team player, and a problem-solver with the ability to develop action plans fitting the varying briefs and dynamics of her vast and evolving local and international client base.
