Walter Owaga is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, of 18 years standing, a commissioner for oaths, Notary Public, Patent and Trade Mark Agent with extensive knowledge and experience in real estate banking finance, property law, and commercial Law with a bias in Intellectual property Law, banking law, insolvency law, mergers and acquisitions, energy law and an astute contract negotiator with a vast experience in commercial litigation and tax law.
